I posted about it in my "winter bulker" thread.... I changed up my routine I never do pullups and bent over rows together and I did today to really tax my back and used strict form anyway when I got to the deadlift 405 felt light but I just felt exhausted or something.... so I started doing em and felt light headed and after the last set...
I literally put the weight down turned and walked away from the weight almost on autopilot and said "durooo" or somecrap before I could choose to sit down.... freakin weird...
