boy have I fell off
I can tell I lost a lot weight not lifting. My forearm is still having pain. I figure doing cardio will get alot of bf off that I did have. So when I get back to lifting I will have little bf and can start to bulk up. It stinks not lifting but this isn't a sprint and I am afraid this will never get better.. I hope to start back again in December atleast I found somebody to work out with, I ditched the trainer way too much money, and I know what to do now. I just feel like venting here.

i have major Tendonitis in my flexor muscle along my forearm.. it is getting better but i may need a few more weeks off. I am going to a massage therapist to get the pain away... I will stay away from the straight bar doing curls it messed up my forearm.. ughhhh

i have the same problem when i do straight bar curls, i just use dumbells now

Also I found out if you are not there mentally it is hard to get motivated. I am keeping my diet clean it is just working out stinks,,,,

Hope everything works out well, I'm in a similar situation. Tendonitis most likely my doctor says, but not sure yet. Good luck man.
