I can tell I lost a lot weight not lifting. My forearm is still having pain. I figure doing cardio will get alot of bf off that I did have. So when I get back to lifting I will have little bf and can start to bulk up. It stinks not lifting but this isn't a sprint and I am afraid this will never get better.. I hope to start back again in December atleast I found somebody to work out with, I ditched the trainer way too much money, and I know what to do now. I just feel like venting here.![]()
