    Any musicians?

Just wondering if there are any members who are musically gifted...and no I don't mean skin flutes or organ players.

If so what do you play and what type of music do you play?

I personally play guitar and banjo. And play classic rock, bluegrass, metal, alternative and little bit of country.

Working on learning more jazz and blues.

I play drums, guitar, and a little piano. I learned on rock and metal, but am more interested in classical piano right now.

Guitar and piano. Used to spend every waking moment of my life shredding on my guitar. Always played metal, speed metal etc.

Now i spend all my time working out and here on AR, my instruments collect dust

Guitar and bass I played well. I could play drums and piano just a little though. I rarely play so I am quite rusty now.

I am planning on getting back into it and recording some stuff. It's going to be kind of a cross between doom metal and hardcore punk, with kind of a bluesy flavor. But mostly it is going to be heavy and evil sounding, guitar and bass tuned way down and very heavy distortion. But it will be simplistic with short songs like punk. It's a lot like sludge.

Actually, I do play the organ -- the church organ. I've played for a few weddings, but all 3 of them ended in divorce, and they all asked for their music fee back . . .

Also play the piano, used to play for a few churches. Also used to tune and repair them.

And I play the accordion, ukulele, melodica, and a small collection of toy instruments. I've played the baritone horn in The Salvation Army. And written a few songs, a few fugues, catches, and some other stuff.

    That's about it . . .

You were religious long enough to play in a few churches? How did you end up becoming an atheist so late in life?

I quit the Catholic church at 16, and became kind of part agnostic part atheist in my early 20's.
