Sleeping problems
Does anyone on here use eye shades and/or ear plugs to help with their sleep.

I have tried both, as I am a very light sleeper and the slightest disturbance wakes me. I just couldn't get used to wearing either. I got shades and curtains that block all the light from my room, but noise is still a problem.

ima******ger...if you odnt like earplugs, you can try and get custom ones made they fit better and you dont notice them at all...or try a steroe with soothing sounds, you will get used to one common sounds and it is enough to block out regular street noise...usually....

I have a box fan in my room that I put on high when I am sleeping it drownds out all the other noise and you get used to it since it is a constant noise.

i use both. my favourite earplugs are from 3M... they're very pliable and totally fill your ear canal when you put them in. i only use them if it's a saturday morning and they're doing construction across the street (in vancouver there are always buildings going up) and i want to sleep. i have an eye mask too in case it's too light out and again, i want to sleep in. now that it's winter, not a problem on weekdays. sun goes down at about 5-6 and doesn't come up til like 8.
