Quick question about getting my jacket to fit

I have a real expensive Armani jacket I bought about 2 years ago that barely fit then...now my arms are over 2" bigger and shoulders as well and I can't even start o squeeze in....can tailors do anything about arm/shoulder width?

Yeah they wont be able to make it wider then about a half an inch accross the shoulders and the arms they can't do anything with. I am in the same boat with tailored items I have about 15 suits that don't fit anymore because I keep getting bigger. Buy more suits then 6 months later they dont fit anymore. I wish I didnt have to wear suits to work.

i've had tons o' suits tailored to fit smaller but they do it from the back and the pockets end up too close together.. i think it looks rearded.
