Some one is on my wireless network, how to boot them?
So i have 2 computers on a network. Mine has a hard wire connection and my room mate's is through a wireless connection. So i signed on to iTunes and it showing 2 computers in my "Shared" part. One is my room mates and the other is some one else connecting to our network. I got their IP address and they are on the same network as I am.
2 questions. First, is there a way to connect to their computer? I can see all their songs on iTunes, but I can't transfer any of them. I tried to use 2 different programs, ourTunes and MyTunes. Both don't work anymore with iTunes 7.
Second, how do I secure my network?

I like that term "Wardriving"
Your wireless router should have come with instructions on how to encrypt the signal so no one else can steal it.

You have to setup your router for a secure connection. Look that up under the manf web page.
If you still need help let us know, Dizz28 ,Lexed and myself can all have a sleep over this weekend in an attempt to help you. Oops, only one sleeping bag, oh well, im sure we will make due.

Done that before, Cold weather training...worst 5 weeks of hell in my life. Amazing the bond created when you have to sleep with another grown man in a sleeping bag while it gets -30 out....
