I'd say most of them probably are. I don't know any, but that sort of organization is usually chuck full of people who are angry at the people who are creating the problem they are trying to fix. And then their anger inclines them to overgeneralize about those people.

IMHO, I don't see why citizens of other countries should not be subject to US immigration law. Canada has restrictive immigration laws, and so does Mexico. Should a US citizen transgress their immigration law, then they send us back here. I see no reason why the US should not do the same.

I'm all for the US government establishing reasonable immigration quotas and rules, and then providing funding so that those rules are enforced. I'm astonished at the current situation, where nobody is monitoring the border, and where law-breaking people from other countries are not arrested, but let free, even after committing a crime.

It is a ridiculous assumption to say that because they support strict border control, and denounce people BREAKING INTO our country that they are racist. Would you call me a racist if I caught you breaking into my house and then called the cops on you? Probably not, and this organization is no different. From what I have read, they do not engage the illegals with physical force, and only patrol the borders in order to report the illegal activity that takes place. If I lived in the area, I think I'd even join up.

I have yet to hear one person make a case for allowing people to enter our country illegally and then allowing them to stay even after we discover they are here illegally. ANY TAKERS?

some of them probably have racial incentive, but for the most part they are probably just a bunch of hard working people who would rather have the money deducted off thier paycheck every week going into something they believe is necessary. cant blame anyone for that. altho having only ever read a single paragraph about them in my entire life(2 minutes ago in this thread) i cant say my opinion is worth anything.

Neither one of those videos said they were 'Minutemen'. Those videos just showed a bunch of ignorant people not even filming actual illegals. If you bothered to read the Wiki article on them, they patrol the borders of the United States and make reports when people who are alledgedly illegal immigrants attempt to cross over the borders of the United States undetected.
