for one year it might be debatable, my measurements are the same as his roughly and im 5'10 210 natural.
ive gained 60 pounds in 11 months so it MIGHT be possible, but who knows
yup, heavy enough cycle. That weight/height along with juice, heavy lifting and eating like a cow. I can believe it

not really dude. thats all juice. no doubt you've made big all natural gains man and no offense but there's really not much of a comparison when u look at this guys year progress and the lean mass that he has put on and the progress you've made all naturally. thats not to take anything away from you...just to support the point that this guy definitely juiced to do that in a year.Quote:

More then anything.. I think he had a good diet.. thats a definate transformation..
if thats what I would look like after a cycle.... I would probably just quit.....but thats just me personally because i am trying to achieve quite a bit naturally first.....and that statement is in no way a dis to that kid.........with or without, the progress in a years time is great regardless, he did a good job. to sum things up, thats great progress either way.
to me, that looks naturally obtainable in a year
people sometimes forget what diet can do, and are so quick to point their fingers using the gear card

Probable? No, IMO.
The only thing that makes me think it could be natural is his lift numbers. For someone that is 6'3" and 220, those are pretty weak numbers, except maybe for the squat, for someone on the juice.
He has gone from a stick insect to someone who looks like they do weights .... definately plausable!!
I think it is possible, but not likely. I was 14 when I started lifting weights and I gained 40lbs my first year. He was 22 when he started and had way more natural testosterone than I did so 60 lbs is just on border line of fact or far fetched.
14%BF i dont think so. From how fat he looks I'd say it could be natural. I put on 40 pounds natural in my first year and i dont think I looked that fat.
Perhaps all you guys are genetically gifted. :wg:
I know, through my own experience and from watching others, that in one's first year of bodybuilding (going from NEVER having lifted a weight, to doing it consistently) one can make really good gains, but SIXTY pounds of body mass, and trippling one's bench, and almost QUADRUPLING one's squat...
What ever happened to the old maxim that the human body, with exercise and good diet, can add around ten pounds of LEAN MUSCLE MASS per year?
I say he's either juiced heavily, or the "before" picture is of him at nineteen, not twenty-two.
Any other doubters out there??? :scratch:

Is it just me or does it say his arms flexed in the first picture are bigger then they are flexed in the second?
My 2 cents:
1) I'm not sure if his arms really look 14" in the before photo. Or maybe it's just a visual misconception due to his proportions/height.
2) Gaining 57 lbs in one year is not impossible, especially given his age. With gifted genetics, gaining 57 lbs in one year at his age actually seems quite possible. However this man looks rather ectomorphic in the before photo, as such, frankly, it also seems rather plausible that he was chemically assisted in his endeavor.
3) What's rather difficult to swallow (or perhaps extremely impressive) is that he tripled his squat in one year, and almost did the same for his bench. There are three possibilities: a) he was chemically assisted, 2) he's a genetic freak, or 3) the figures are exaggerated.
Yeah I agree about the strength. I put on forty pounds my first year, and think it could have been sixty if I where older and had someone showing me how to do things. But I only added like 25lbs to my bench and 50 to my squat.
when i first started i was 170 and i went to 205 natty..... eating like a cow and lifting heavy....... and i looked puffy as can be .... but that was due to high sodium.... bench went from 265 to 315.... squat went from 225 to 350..... shoulder press was the biggest improvement ... 45's to 75's .....
Well if you combine the total amount of time I have been lifting and do not look at all the reverse progress soccer puts me through we can do it like this.
I started at 120lbs 5'5-6 my lifts were
Bench 95lbs
squat 115
Deadlift 115
Now I weigh 152lbs same height
Bench 235
squat 255
deadlift 255
Im sure if I went at it hard with a great diet for 1 full year I could have put on 60lbs and gotten my weights much higher than they are now. I am for the most part natural unless you count alb/clen as juicing... Regardless I can believe it.

i made a very similar transformation in my first year..my arms grew 5 inches in less then a year..i went from 160 up to 220, with obvious bodyfat but i wasnt a fatass or anything..its definately possible. the before pic just says "2006"..so it could very well be more than a year also..i dont know, i believe it.
this guy is imo around 18ish % bodyfat,, and serioully his gains are posiible without gear,, by looking at his body i'd say he might have been a bit too generous with his max lifts
