Has been having trouble sleeping the last 3 months and said hes recently only been getting 3 hours a night due to a newborn baby and its affecting his gains and was wondering would verian root mess around with his natural test and growth hormone levels.

I'm going though the same thing really with a puppy, always worring if he is crapping or chewing on somthing.

Has he been on anything that would effect his test/or GH levels?

Might just want to try some sleep aids. Most sleep problems are caused by stress, you just have to find how to eliminate the stress and the sleep will come.

No he aint taken anything. Just aint been able to sleep tidy for so long its hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. Would verian root be ok.
