    Blood Pressure Question

Hey guys, I'm not on any gear and haven't been in over a year. My BP is 130/60 at 50 BPM. Is this healthy or is the systolic number too high. I'm 6'2'' and 195 lbs and in great shape. Thanx for any info.

    looks fine
Top number is a little high, but that could be because your resting heart rate if fairly low (which is good).

I'm not a medical professional but I think ideal blood pressure is between 115/75 and like 120/80. The systolic number is considered high when it is over 140 and the diastolic when it is over 90. I would think your pressure is ok unless it increases considerably when you go over 50 BPM. Just my 2 cents worth...
