    constantly on the shitter

    I don't know if this problem is common or it is just me, but whenever im bulking 4000cals ed or more i shit 5-8 times a day. when I lower my cals in low threes or two's it doesn't happen often. this has been an on going problem for me. it has been a pain in the ass. also I drink my eggs (yes they are pasturized)(egg starts) and it definately happens more the more protein shakes I drink to. does anybody have a remedy for this.

    try some probiotics, your protein intake may have upset the flora in your intestines. Yogurt would be another good source of gut friendly bacteria too.

    what kind of probiotics. is there a certain kind of yogurt that works best. I have put up with this for years and it would be nice to at least bring it down to half of what it is now.

    there are broad probiotics you can get. Yogurt has lactobacillus and acidophilous (which I can never seem to spell right), that have very good intestinal seeding properties.

    keep a journal of what you eat and how it correlates to your "movements". I found out I had a egg allergy, and then eliminated egg yolks and my whole life changed, no more living on the can.

    How about IBS? Irritated bowel syndrome.

    lots of protein and a heavy diet will obviously produce more frequent bathroom time. im always in the bathroom, its just part of the process

    I wish it was that easy for me but I never shit solid, unless I drop my cals. maybe I will pick up some baby wipes today.

    Damn I was going to start a thread since I go 3-4 times a day but was embarresed. It sucks having to go this many times, the chics I talk to say they can go 3-4 days, wtf? of course they all weigh 90-120lbs
