I don't know if this problem is common or it is just me, but whenever im bulking 4000cals ed or more i shit 5-8 times a day. when I lower my cals in low threes or two's it doesn't happen often. this has been an on going problem for me. it has been a pain in the ass. also I drink my eggs (yes they are pasturized)(egg starts) and it definately happens more the more protein shakes I drink to. does anybody have a remedy for this.
