I have a painful bump that just appeared in my neck, i think its my neck gland... I hope im not getting sick

could be a lymph node being inflamed. They are the filters of the blood. Could be caused by many different reasons..."test flu" could be a cause also

you might be gettin sick. Swollen/sore lymph nodes are a good indicator of an infection
