could be a lymph node being inflamed. They are the filters of the blood. Could be caused by many different reasons..."test flu" could be a cause also

well im not on anything.. but all of a sudden im tired n feelin like crap

you might be gettin sick. Swollen/sore lymph nodes are a good indicator of an infection
