    Who knows about tax's and the claiming of kids?

    My Ex girl just got married she has 2 kids with this guy and my son which makes 3 and yes they all live with them.Now I was just told that the limit of claimimg kids,at least in NJ is two.Is this true and if so I wanna claim him but I wanna find out if this is the truth before I present her with the idea of letting me claim my son and give her a couple bucks for helping me out.
