Okay, well let me first of all say I used to drink them occasionally, like late at night when staying up or going out to TJ. Well about two months ago I started drinking Red Bulls and others before my workouts and occasionally some more throughout the day without even really realizing it. I started getting really lazy throughout the day and my workouts were getting terrible. I was feeling down a lot of the time and my god I thought I was going into some kind of weird depression. Well about a week ago I stopped drinking them just cause I haven't been around them and my god I feel so much better. I actually have energy throughout the day and my workouts are insane again and my mood is boosted way up. I just wanted to share this with you guys because I didn't think these drinks could mess you up that bad I thought there was something really wrong with me, when it just was these damn drinks.
