So.. I was looking back from when I started lifting about 5 years ago (on and off).. I had a bad car accident in 2003 when I started lifting (not serious, just sometimes).. Ive gotten a lot more serious over the past 2 years.. maybe 3 at the most.. anyway.. When I first started lifting my arms were 12.5" unpumped.. now they are 16.25" unpumped.. I was pretty damn surprised.. I never measured my chest/waist/legs..
But now.. I am
6'3"
210
maybe 12-14% BF
Arms 16.25"
Chest 44.5"
Quads 22"
Any comments?? Not sure what Im looking for here.. But I definately think Im getting somewhere.. or getting something back from going to the gym...
My goal is 215-225 10% BF.. 18" arms 46" Chest maybe?
Ill try to post some pics soon..
Here was me right before the accident in 2003 I was probably 6'2-3" and 150lbs haha
