Intercultural Management help needed
really bros, I need help with this:
we have a Chinese doctor student in our company. he has been living in Germany for 3 years now. still he didn t adopt to the culture, to the language or anything.
here is the problem: he s helping me with a project in china. so he s sitting in my office for 3 months, burping and farting the shit out of himself.
I dunno what to do? I wanna be sensitive and avoid a loss of face. but I m ****ing sick of it and I am on the verge of ****ing taking him and shaking him and shouting "you little ****tard stop ****ing farting and burping or I ll kick ur lil but back to china!"
****. what am I gonna do?! tell me!

That is a difficult situation to put up with. I know this sounds dumb but it sounds as if he has already gotten under your skin. You should calm down and just tell him whats up, thats all I can think you can really do.
OR
You could always eat like 600g of protein before work and let out a nasty azz protein fart in his face.

yeah.. maybe you should speak with your superiors about the most tactful and acceptable way to confront him or coerce him to change and be respectful of your ways. I don't know the laws/rules of engagement in your country so they may differ from here in the states. here; I'd ask him to step outside if he needs to do that again and lease refrain from doing it in my office. if he doesnt, meet him in a more open space or ask to get a different Doctor student.

I would talk to your human resources department and just state he has a hygiene problem that becoming an issue
