    I took a bit of an advance on that bros Been crazy busy and eating bad since the fall, I look like crap! With the new year I'll have more free time and will get the diet back on track.

    Merry Christams to you too. I have been eating like a pig and missed my work outs this week. I am actually look forward to the holidays ending so I can get back on schedule, oh well I'll enjoy the next few days quilt free and make some good resolutions(again).

    Ill be missing a workout or 2 during christmas and diet is hard to keep in control. good thing im going up weight classes!!

    SAME! I havent been to the gym once in 4 months!! starting a new one near my college and work in January tho.
