just watched 300 :-(
and im sad cause my bf% isnt low enough to have abs like them.. lol but it gives me hella mind control and willing ness to get that way!! :-)
ok just a question you guys ever see that workout they did to get in shape!?? its pretty intense! id love to try it for a 4-6 week course like they offer!! its crazy!!
what level of bf% u think those guys were at?? im wagerin 7% maybe??

the 300 workout is only a one time test, their actual routine was not as gruelling as the 300 test was.
bodyfat probably around 8-10, not all of them had abs like leonidis

i dont know i saw these really good pills on tv ther other day they were like lipozine or something...
they even said i dont have to eat healthy or work out i just take the pills and get ripped!

yeah leonidas was a beast man!!
so the 300 drill was just a huge test and not a routine??
still those guys had to do some crazy stuff.. i watched a video of them flipping tires 24/7 hopping threw them, running around climbing walls, hitting bags, it was insane.. not too much weights tho.. it looked more like solid strength and cardio!

Yea the trainers said so themselfs that they never had the people do the same workout twice they always changed it up....but I think some of their muscles may have been painted on

When that workout was posted.My fellow gym rats and employees bet I could not complete it.(Im not bodybuilder!Strength/power athlete)They gave me 2 weeks 2 prepare.Smoked it, beat the best time recorded by more than a minute!Movie star fags!(No offense DSM)Dont get me wrong.I worked pretty hard but after any extended training period any true athlete should be able to complete this.(especially on juice!)Pussies!!!!!!!!!!

25 pullups, 50 deadlifts with 135 pounds, 50 pushups, 50 jumps on a 24-inch box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettlebell, and 25 more pullups.
here was the workout I found... the only thing that seems to be a challenge would be the second round of pullups... 25 straight is a bitch, much less twice.. the rest doesn't look hard at all.

I was watching video of 300 and the pullups werent quite official.. so maybe the 25 isn't as bad as I thought.. they kicked their body up on those... you can do quite a bit more with that method. I call it cheaters method...

i watched an interview wit that leonidis guy and he said he worked out 5 times a day!! some juice had to be involved. his exact words were "i worked out 5 times a day, i dont know what i was thinkin"
