for those of you who have a desk job like myself what the heck do you do on cycle to minimize fat gain. I mean i literally sit and eat 10 hours a day 5 days a week. the EQ turned my stomach into endless void that my mind tells me i need to fill.

Yes I do but for some reason I dont gain fat...hahahah a little in the ass portion tho! I have what they call a "secretary's butt" LMAO!!!!J/k, really no fat gain here, when im off cycle If i dont do cardio and eat like do on cycle then i get some noticable fat. But on cycle i still stay pretty lean.
I also sit all day ( nut not the fat type) but I usually just eat a fruit & drink lots of water. I sometime drink me a protien shake to stop my hunger....
I have a sitting job ...im sitting 8 hours a day I do cardio 3 days a week in the am on a empty stomach and train my ass off in the gym and I dont gain any fat
i just have a hard time finding stuff to do, I finished the internet a few weeks back so all this shit now is just a re run and i hate re runs

i wish i had a desk job, mind is labor. by the end of a shift im always ready for bed and it takes me a while to feel refreshed enough to hit the gym
