Im 27yrs 6ft , 230lbs with about 15%bf.. for the past 7 yrs training has been my life, Ive had the past 6months off the gym due to injury (broken scaphoid which required surgery and a spiral fracture of the Fibia).. it was really hard having this time away from the gym and watching some of my gains slip away but I feel im ready to start back training

I was just wondering how long people have laid off training due to injuries and what it was like going back to the gym and getting your gains back? I would really value your comments here bros!
