Every time I get craving I can usually keep it at bay until Sundays which is my one day a week to loosen up a bit.I'll have a couple reesee cups which usually turns into the pilliaging of whatever chocolates,cookies etc are in site and none are so I go out an buy a whole bag of them or go to my brothers house and raid his cabinets,and I don't want to keep this shit up I'm hurting my family and my friendsjust messing but seriously how do you guys stop the nonsensical eating?
