i think the first line cant be said much about but the second line however is another issue. to me it sounds like that govt is doin a job it is not suppose to do, protectin ourselves meaning that it is something we can do on our own

i think the first part id the duty to protect, the second part that government should not intrude on a personal level. good quote.
