AVATAR help

I have tried to download over a hundred of pictures and when i try to mke them my avatar, they all say the maximum pixels allowed are 150 X 150. What am i doing wrong??

You need to resize it...i got help with mine. If you post the pic you want here im sure some of our fellow AR brothers or sister will do it for you, i would but i dont have Adobe.

i have adobe, but they are saved as bmps, is that a problem??

Make it a .jpg bro.

File -> SaveAs -> Format = JPEG (*.JPG,*.JPEG,*.JPE)

btw, I'm not shouting at you ... you'll see it's ALL CAPS'D in the dialog box

you may also need to use either the Image -> Size function to shrink your picture, or the Image -> Crop function to crop it down to 150x150
