THey should have atrophied a long time ago already if those arms were really all muscle.

That's because they're not all muscle, and only synthol can keep someone looking huge without any training, nutrition, or AAS. That pretty much explains it's synthol in his arms. What a liar.

So technically, one would think his arms, if they were synthol filled would deflate a great amount while in the pen, however if they were implants, they wouldnt get any smaller or bigger at all. Well, i've heard that Synthol takes a couple years to actually be metabolized and passed out of the body.
