Big thanks!!!
I came in here about a month ago asking questions about my first cycle that I was starting...
I want to thank you guys a lot for the information you gave... mostly, encouraging me to do my research. I'm about half-way through my cycle and I've gained almost 25 lbs of solid muscle!
To all you other new guys/girls out there.... read the educational threads! They help a lot.
Thanks again, to all of you for sharing information and lending a helping hand.

I'm sure I've gained a few lbs of fat (who doesn't on a mass building cycle?).... but i started doing 250 mg of test a week for the first 2 weeks or so.. and 1 cc of trem (each shot of trem following the shot of test the day after). I upped my protein intake times about 3, and increased my workouts double.... After the first couple of weeks, i upped to 500 mg a week of both (1 cc every three days). i was 190 when i started, and i weighed in today at 215.

One question... maybe some of you long-timers can answer... how often do you cycle? The wifey doesn't want me on the stuff (although she doesn't complain about the broad shoulders, big arms and hard chest!), but is letting me do one cycle without complaining... I doubt this will be my last time though. Do most of you cycle on and off repeatedly, or one cycle every couple of years, or what?

That depends on a lot of things, money, your goals, your preferances, if you can tell your wife to shutup and deal with it, and if your enjoying it or not. For me its money, i like to have enough to get what i need and also have enough for PLENTY of food. If I dont have enough for food then I dont use, cus food is where its at. Id rather spend the money on food first, then AAS or make sure I have enough money for food while on AAS.
