Math problem...too easy?

I am not sure if I am looking into this too much, its for my stat 303 class at AM

The graph below is a plot of the points: (1,4), (1,5), (2,5), (1,6), (2,6), (3,6), (2,7), (3,7), (3,8)


The regression line equation is y = 4.00 + 1.00x.
Interpret the intercept, b0 = 4, and the slope, b1 = 1.

So, does it want me to plug in the x for each one? This is confusing...If so, thats dumb.
