so the cop thought i was smoking weed but i dont do drugs so he search my car and found a empty bottle of steroids and unused needles i got arested. did all my paper work and left can this hold up in court?? the bottle was empty!!!

The needles might be some bullshit charge depending on the state that you live in but its not too big a deal.

depends if there was enough in the bottle for them to get a legit test. Even if there was, w/ that little amount it will probably get dropped anyway. (unless you have a record of course)

It's going to be his word against to police's word. The police can easily say the suspect made a suspicious move.

na im not dont have court for 2 months but yea it was a emty vial from dont know how long ago maybe a year that i totaly forgot was in there i dont do drugs so i thought i had nothing to worrie about and my state all you need it a id to buy the needles didnt could have them in my car

and that easily gets thrown out in court. if an officer doesn't follow strict protocol they dismiss the case. yes it is your word against theirs and a jury and judge will always side with you if you say that the cop denied you of your Constitutional rights. I've denied a cop the right to search my car before, and all they did was follow me home.
