you have to pay federal tax. There is no way around it, depending on how much you're income was last year but federal taxes are always low.

I meant low because my state taxes were like 18k and my federal were only like 3k max.

I wouldn't be bragging about that. The IRS is smarter than you.

the IRS is bolonige. ive seen that movie to the income tax is unconsitutional/ against our own taxation laws.

The irs are like a military organization. there is no law stating you have to pay it but as ron paul said they have all the guns so they inforce it with fear.

about 67 million Americans dont pay a federal income tax every year.

the real question is you have to be prepared to fight it.

Dude... Don't give people bad advice.

I agree that there isn't a specific law citing our obligation to pay taxes on income that was made in exchange for our labor. I believe it's unconstitutional... But I also know that they will win if you fight. Very few people have won. Wesley Snipes just got acquitted of fraud, but he's paying his taxes, and I'm sure there's enough interest and penalties to make sure he'll never get out of it.

We need to fight to get this brought to the surface and make sure the general public knows about it so we can do something about it, but until the IRS is gone, don't advise people to do things that could ruin their lives.

I dont know i saw this whole movie called freedom to facism with these old irs agents that all got fired because they found out it was illegal what they were doing.

the movie claims that 67 million ameircans dont pay, but again the IRS doesnt seem to follow any rules so they just do whatever they want and will break your door down and force you to pay it. also some businesses have said publicly they dont pay it

i didnt give him bad advice i just tried to tell him the truth and that if he doesnt pay he better dam well sure he knows what hes doing and a tax lawyer or something that has dealt with this before.

so ya you should pay it, not because its a law, not because your being a good citizen, but simply because the IRS are like a bunch of Thugs or kind of like a mafia and if you dont pay the go after you like a gang or mafia until you pay.

again pay it unless you have a tax lawyer or something that has dealt with it and knows what hes doing.

and for the rest of you go read up the 4th and 5th amendments or tax rules or something. i dont know what they are exactly but again a income tax would be some direct unapportioned tax.

(not sure on the rules read it up)

A tax on your income isnt allowed in technicalities because income would be considered a trade, your labour for a wage. labour would be under an income tax.

also this 16th amendment that claims americans have to pay an income tax on their labour was never actually ratified and was proven so in court. It was some people who paid off a president (i forget who) to say that this 16th amendment was ratified when it never actually waas

if you want to know more go get this movie.

Aaron Russo- America from freedom to facism its all about the income tax. it will explain those 4th,5th, and 16 th amendments in our tax laws or w/e.

    and again

PAY IT CAUSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY IT WHETHER THERE IS A LAW OR NOT.

Take it from someone who has owed the IRS..

File your taxes on time, so they don't charge you penalties in addition to interest.

Start saving money now, so that you will be able to pay as much as possible of what you owe.

that set up a payment plan on everything else.. they will charge you about 8% interest on what you owe...

U can of course write stuff off like everyone else can, but it does not sound like u expect a refund.

here you guys should watch this movie very interesting talks all about this and even former IRS agents.

    http://
    video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1656880303867390173

its a good read, as the other guy dont owe them money but the more people that understand this the more people that demand it.

and to all of those who can't beleive it, the only one who would do anything about this was ron paul.

lol the video also shows why you shouldnt be an income tax, dont owe the mafia money, dont owe the IRS money.
