    Why Is Everyone...

Using the damn Preacher Curls backwards!!?? It annoys the hell out of me when I'm using the Incline bench which faces the preacher curls, and someone is using them backwards staring at me. It's happened twice in a row now and it just gets on my nerves... Sorry, had to rant... Anyone else experience similar stuff... Or when people pick up the free weights and stand right infront of the rack working out when you need to get a weight infront of them? People are just stupid...

If you mean that he's using the preacher curl bench backwards, than he is doing an exercise called spidercurls.

Really? I never knew that... I mean, these guys are using the same motion they'd use in a preacher curl, they just are using the bench backwards... I don't see a difference except that it's wrong...

to each his own I say. I use the preacer curl rack/seat to do overhead dumbell extensions which works a million times better then any other way for me. Basically
Ill lean on it so my back is leaning onthe front of the rack then do my extentions that way...people look at me weird but it works great for me. I guess whatever works best for you.

Yeah, check it out: http://www.shapefit.com/biceps-exerc...der-curls.html. I think it just puts your arms in more perpendicular position to the floor. Essentially just a different angle to hit your bi's.
