I said the hell with it.....
I was in the store buying all my health foods, everything from pounds and pounds of chicken, 4 dozen eggs, 13 grain breads yada yada yada. When I walk by the junk food Isle and see a package of cupcakes calling my name. I havent had a cupcake in years and years.
I said to my self, "Self you know thats not in your diet." I stood there for probably 2 or 3 minutes deciding on getting them or not. Then I told to my self, "ah the hell with it."
Do you think normal people have dilemma's like us in the healthy lifestyle have?

prolly not. they dont think about loosing weight until their hip hop abs, or the lipo-6 commercial comes on.

I eat whatever I want. Though it usually doesnt include leaded pop or candy, I eat TONS of pizza. Im about 6 percent BF. HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! To some it just comes that easy... hehe

im always bulking and trying to put on weight so i eat basically anything i want... i don't eat candy and chips and shit but if its real food i eat it.....

I know what you mean tho. Happens to me from time to time. You know I am bulking now but that doesn't mean EAT SH!T. Anyways, I got myseld tortia chips and medium salsa and Trix bar. Took me a while to think about that twix bar.
After I ate it, it made me think about how much TASTY food I am putting on the side! Just wanna make you say F^%$ with that diet! I dont care!

I get really upset wit myself i eat any junk food and ill eat a whole huge bag of spinach2make myself feel better. No i dont think people really even put thought n2what they eat.

I had a gym teacher always say that phrase in high school when he would tell a story about something he did. I would always get a kick out of it because I had never heard anyone address themselves that way. So when i was writing my little story down that popped in my head at random and made me laugh a little. I thought I would share it with you guys.

Don't listen to me, I do a shit ton of cadio to compensate for my drinking and shitty diet. When I get injured my gut expands. I love cycling, you can't have that as a hobby and get fat.

I have a 100 percent all or nothing policy with diet....if I ever do have some cheat type foods, its the very last meal of the day, or else I go berzerk......But I honest to God full heartedly believe, that avoiding those "here and there snacks", and cheat day binges, is what gets the bodyfat off in diets. its not all their is to it, but a very large piece of the puzzle imo
