    how to get a 6

    im 5'7 165 .. i want to get my stomach washboard.. i have a 6 now but i want my skin on my stomach to be paper thin.. should i just do cardio for that.. im running var at the time at 30mg day.. when i do obliques they grow to fast making me look like i have lovehandles.. my build is athletic.. thanks
