Possibly Moving
Okay guys, the folks are moving out and the Air Force is bullshitting me along this whole way... I'm possibly lookin to move with a buddy to a different state for awhile, one thats a helluva lot cheaper for rent... Also, I'm wondering what states and/or cities would be good Personal Trainer wise, as I'm trying down that path. Or would any big old city do?

The 2 dont really go hand in hand. THe bigger cities are gonig to be more expensive to live. But they are a better area to live in to be a trainer. I woudlnt plan on training paying your rent

Lots of rich people in the Dallas area -- actually, the northern suburbs. Do a job search on www.craigslist.com in Dallas for personal trainers. See if you can get a job from one of 'em. Then look at apartments for rent, see if what you'll earn will pay for your living expenses.
Lots of schools around Dallas for all sorts of things . . .

Haha, i was like wtf is he quoting me for and putting a smiley until I read it... But my buddy today was talking about moving to Las Vegas, he deals blackjack at Barona so I know he'd do well out there. I was looking at apartments and I found this real nice one, 2 bed 2 bath, big kitchen with wet bar, big living room with fireplace, fully furnished, pool and spa and a bunch of other stuff like crappy gym and tennis... It was around 1,000 a month so ionno, seems pretty decent to me... Living in California makes everything look cheap as hell

I am also looking at Dallas, I might transfer for my job...we will see.
Colorado is a bit expensive but a great place to live and a lot of gyms for personal training
