You guys would be terribly surprised by how many men actually get chest augmentation. It's performed in a similar fashion as a woman's breast augmentation but they are not saline. There are a few different manufacturers producing them now and there is a new material on the horizon that is supposed to be incredibly soft and pliable to more closely resemble real muscle tissue. Just in case any of you are interested!! lol

I think you guys are a little confused. It's not breast augmentation as in the above mentioned scenarios. Yes, men who are crossing over or having gender issues do in fact have saline breast implants placed. The other type, which I believe was initially being referred to is "Pectoral augmentation" for men. It's really a procedure that active men have done because they are genetically challenged. Think along the same lines as calve implants, etc. It's a silicone implant and the procedure closely resembles that of a female augmentation.

Pretty simple procedure actually and it has a fairly short recovery time.
