    Sick on Cycle

    Hey guys im 9wks into my cycle of Test-E 500mg a week....and on wednesday i felt ill.

    Thurs, Fri, Sat and now today ive had the worst sore throat and feeling of dizzyness. Not eaten properly in these days as the pain is ****ing awful...

    Ive gargled asprin, salt water, taking throat sweets. but its not going. Went docs he said it was a virus and i would just have to wait...

    Im sleeping 2hrs a night, because of the pain...

    So far in cycle i have gained 20lbs and worked really hard for it, i can now see it dissapearing. My cycle was for 12 weeks but i dont know what to do...as there is no way i can work out like this.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    only u can decide and tell whether or not u can carry on. if u still can train then i'd continue but if u feel u need a break, which it sounds like u do then i'd stop the cycle and start a pct.

    things u can do to speed up ur recovery is drink plenty of water, lots of vit-c, eat properly, plenty of rest, hot tea

    Most viruses run their coarse in a few days. Run soccers suggestions strong and relax for 5 days. Although not ideal, that won't kill your cycle.I fyou feel better than just pick up where you left off. If the virus persists than you have a servere illness and need to stop th ecycle anyway and find out whats wrong. I have had minor cold like symptoms since I started my test prop/deca cycle, but nothing like what you've described. Good Luck.

    Thanks for the advice guys, well im going to ramp up vitamins, rest and try and sleep...also upping milk thistle and fish oil intake.

    I was considering adding primo to my cycle on week 10 and running it alongside test until week 20. But may wait until i can hit the weights hard again.
