has any one heard of this?
the concept is that you completely exhaust your muscle until failure.
you are supposed to work out with 50-75% of your max until failure.
you do this 2 times with a 3-5 min rest in between sets.
you are supposed to isolate a single muscle while doing this.
i tried this today on my biceps and triceps.
it cut my workout into 1/4 of the time and i didn't feel like i spent enough time in the gym today.
does any one else do this or has any one heard of it?
how well does it work if your diet is in check?
