    Not from the UK, but we get this here in SA on satellite (BBC Prime). The show is called "Coupling" and the babes name is Sarah Alexander.
    She is in quite a few very funny BBC comedy's. She is really good in "Smack the pony" and "Green Wing".

    Yes...this is latest issue we are dealing with now...government forgot to do some strategic planning and investing...we have simply run out of capacity.

    Now going to take until 2012 to build and bring new power stations online...so in the meantime we have this wonderful concept of "load shedding". Power gets cut to regions based on a rotating schedule for 3-6 hours...bizarre...but no other options.
