Protein test's
Is there any tests that you can have to see if protein has robbed your bones of calcium and what effect it has had on the kidney's.

Im just wanting to know is there. Im not saying that protein is bad i take in close to 300g grams daily and wont be lowering it.

if you really want to know go to the doc and have them check your protein levels in your urine. It should be virtually none, if there is large amounts then that is a early indicator of kidney distress.

Drinking lots of water will help keep kidney function good. But going to a doctor is a GREAT idea.
