    Protein test's

    Is there any tests that you can have to see if protein has robbed your bones of calcium and what effect it has had on the kidney's.

    what is it with you and this fixation on protein being bad for you?

    Im just wanting to know is there. Im not saying that protein is bad i take in close to 300g grams daily and wont be lowering it.

    if you really want to know go to the doc and have them check your protein levels in your urine. It should be virtually none, if there is large amounts then that is a early indicator of kidney distress.

    Ok cheers. What about the alcium bit, its just ive been having pains around my kidney area lately and after reading that its just made it a little worse about thinking about it.

    dont know, I have never read anywere that calcium is affected by protein intake.

    Drinking lots of water will help keep kidney function good. But going to a doctor is a GREAT idea.

    I had my piss tested on my last cycle and just recently went back to my doc. He said i need to take it easy on the Supps. He thinks creatine should be banned and said he found protien in my piss. Idk what it means but he said it was in my piss

    My cat had that b4we had2put him down. Turns out that when me n him would sit on my ma's floor n eat cans of tuna. It was really bad for him.
