t400 is so fucking painful.. stabbed myself in the quad with 1/2 cc of t400 anda full cc of eq 200 omg its thursday now, i tried to do a leg work out today grrr...

LOL..we all have been there bro..it will get easier as you go on...try taking some advil..it works wonders. Many say you can warm up the AS before you jab and that will help a bit. Jabbing in your glutes will be less of a pain and more bareable.

yeah bro im gunna try injecting in my glutes.. I jsut knew everyone would want a good laugh.. I've heard of heating it up but the pain really doesnt hit me till the next day. I jsut hate how the As moves from my upper quad to my upper knee
