    Talking Big Thanks.

    Just like to say a big thanks to all you guys on here since signing up i feel that my knowledge, physique, lifting, diet has improved Immensely, i have changed areas which i dont think i would have changed and would have probably gone nowhere thanks once again.

    10stone 10lbs now
    think im about 14% bf but thats from a websote not 100% will get checked,

    would love to get up to about 11stone 10lbs / 12stone

    but with the help with AR beleave this could be possible.
