That's completely feasible. I see nothing out of the ordinary. It's not the guy lost all that fat and put on a ton of muscle. Than it would be fishy. He just got to a decent bf% by dieting correctly and exercising. Congrats to him.

No doubt he did it but look at the second pic compared to the first.... looks like he lost a lot of weight in one day there...

Ah WAIT!!! HOLD ON!!! It says this in the video description:
"Anyway, a lot of people have commented on the "unbelievable" fat loss from my first picture in black shorts and my official Day 1 picture. Just to clear it up, if you watch the video closely you can clearly see that I state that the first picture is from July 2003."

Its real. I have seen people make that kind of change in real life.
In fact my wife did just that when she first started working out. We set he diet and work out add in some supp and in 90 days she went from like 25% bf to 9-10. She started at 5.2 128 pounds and dropped to 109 and add a shit load a muscle at the same time.
So if a women could do it im sure it much easer for a man to. Its not like put on a great deal of muscle. he just leaned down and got hard with little mass.

bit misleading that he shows the pic from 2004 when it has nothing to do with the 90 days..and between that pic and the first 'real' pic a lot of hard work must have been done to loose that weight..
also, when you click on his blog link theres a shed load of product advertising thats suspicious... great job if that was 90 days though..
