Overhead Squat
Does anyone do these ? http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...headSquat.html
I tried them today with some light weight just to get the feel of the movement down. I have to say its a weird movement but i could feel just about all my stabilizer muscles going crazy as i tried to maintain balance. I think i am going to add them into a normal routine just to change things up .

That would rip my shoulder out. I've dislocated my shoulder twice before and just looking at that movement makes cringe.

Man up.

Tried it once...
Saw no applicability
So you won't see me doing it ever again.
I don't see the purpose of for bodybuilders.
But sports-specific...sure.

I've had shoulder surgery due to highschool football, I couldn't do that exercise if I wanted to and I don't want to.
