I need a simple answer. Does meridia show up in a drug test, say as an amphetamine? If anyone has any accurate knowledge and experience regarding this compound, I would very much appriciate some feedback.

No it isn't chemically relate to any recs so it won't make you pop. It's not a stimulant, that's not how it help you lose weight. It acts on brain chemicals to reduce hunger cravings:
