anyone had stinging when inhaling?

Hey all, I am currently over 1 year gear free. + have not smoke for 1.5 years.


This is something that happens about 2 times a year. For a day or 2 I get a stinging sensation when I inhale, it feels like it starts from the middle of my lungs and reaches up my throat, along the bottom of my mouth and into my front-bottom teeth! Very annoying and quite irritating. Kind of like a cold sting, like when you get icing in your teeth type of feeling only that it is from the middle of the lungs and reaches to the bottom front teeth.

Many people I ask about this think that it is actually icing from my teeth but its not, I mean even when inhaling from my nose I get it and only suddenly twice a year for a couple days. weird eh?


anyone got any idea?
