What is wrong with people today !?

I can't get a straight answer out of ANYONE TODAY !!!! I call the bank and i ask the women on the phone about basic transferring money questions and its as if she has no clue what the **** is going on. She transfers me to a different dept. and the SAME THING HAPPENS !! I hang up then call credit card company and the women can't answer any of my questions and keeps putting my on hold. What the $%@#$ is wrong with people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is nothing wrong with not knowing the answer to a question but at least know where to find it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

god, i might have to hit the gym again today

possibly cause most people who work in call centers are only there cause they got sacked from burger king!

hit the gym, shower, then go get laid dsm!!! works everytime!

Now i go to pay my gas bill online and they want to charge me a fee for paying online!! They want to charge me for saving them money !! Instead of getting a paper bill i can pay it right online .......

Now i understand why people go on shooting sprees

im surprised we dont have more terrorist attacks on banks. appearantly they screw alot of people over.

yes but ive noticed alot of people blame the banks for there own errors. like having an overcharge of 34 bucks that in the course of a few months turns into a 400 dollar mistake. then they bitch and moan about how the bank screwed them and how its all a government conspiracy, when they DID in fact sign the dotted line.

ive heard some horror stories though.

someone wrote a check in my name for 1000 dollars, called every other day for about 9 months to get that "let me transfer you to this or that person" bullshit. that was a real pain in the ass
