    Knee Pain

So I was hooping up at my gym the other day. Completely owned, won all 6 games

In my 5th game though I got this pretty nasty pain, right leg, right under my knee cap. It hurts to push on it, and when I bend it.

Ive just been icing it and resting. Does anyone have clue as to what this might be and what I should do? Of course Ill be going to the doc if it persist.

The pain isnt too terrible, but enough that I notice it and grimace.

You're probably just getting old. I get that now and then too while playing hoops! It almost makes me want to just drop weight and maintain at a much lower weight for a while or forever...

Under your Knee cap is where your cartedliedge (completely spelled tahn wrong) lies. Rest and ice for now, not much more you can do. A lil heat wouldnt hurt either.

Advil the shit out of it

Wait, do you mean below your knee cap or like behind (inside) it?
