    Yes Im a jerk and I feel like an idiot. This board is really trying to help people and I should not take my frustrations out on people I just don know, so again Im sorry.

    i'm not trying to flame, but talk is cheap. i'm in high school and i hear ppl say sry all day long then backstab people behind their back. the apology was nice, but i think we'd like to see you back it up with tons of research and then posting and helping people. thats what this is all about, the pursuit of knowledge and learning. so be a positive force here and your more than welcome back

    sry, i copy and pasted this from a previous thread that i posted on with a kid my age who wanted to use steroids, this should help answer any question you have about me

    this is what i wrote:

    trust me, you can get big without them if you try, i used to be 4-11 250lbs in 6th grade and almost died from an enlarged heart. now im 5-7, 190-195 lbs at 9-10% bf. you can do alot with diet and cardio if you bust ur a**. Just imagine how big you'll be if you wait a couple years and then start when your done growing and have ur diet and training in check, plus by then if you keep researching you'll know enough to make good decisions on cycles and an income to get what you need. its win win.
