    Energy Drinks

    anyone else drink them and what kind?....i took a road trip from IL to AZ and i tried them out for the first time, and i think i got slightly addicted. If i don't sleep enough during the day and i have to work that night, i always grab a few on my way in thinking that i'll need to drink to keep myself awake.. Fan of the Monster brand..just the Monster "Energy" with the green top....the gas station was out of them so i had to go with the lo-carb, and its f*cking terrible... I like red bull but i'd prefer the monster.....i understand they're as unhealthy as AIDS but i just enjoy them too much....It's getting so bad that one morning when i got off work i was supposed to go stick this chick b4 she took off to class, and i felt like after working all night i wouldn't really have the energy to tear it down lol, so i went to the gas station and slammed a can real quick....it's getting pathetic...

    Look at all the shit on teh side of the can....it's like Total Cereal with the huge list of crap...

    Taurine? wtf is that? i saw a commercial once talking complete shit, then Niacin, i used to pop them things in high school when i feared a drug test...This can in front of me has an entire box labeled "Supplement Facts" and it lists the dosages of all the crap in it....then outside the box, its got about a paragraph of "Ingredients"....some of these "ingredients" aren't even listed in the "supplement facts"....

    Used to drink "Cocaine" until it got banned in my state and the state next to me. It was by far the best energy drink ever. It made your throat go numb and an absurd caffeine buzz for a good hour.

    Any sugar free ones are good to go for me. I cannot stand the ones load with all that sugar shit. Plus you crash hard from the ones with sugar BUT they get you hyped up so bad its almost like your on some drug.

    sparks?.....are you talking about the alcoholic stuff??..... does a drunk with a ton of energy sound like someone u'd want to be around? lol not me....i've drank a couple to start out a night, and it was nice to not feel tired after a few beers... i get that full stomach and i just wanna sleep....

    energy drinks are ok but not something you should drink often. if i ever drink one its usually towards the end of my workout to spike my insulin before my post work out shake. powerade is cheap and i like it.

    i drink the regular red bull but i love the regular rock star, however i only drink these as an afterwork drink, when my body is replenishing glyco. otherwise i just stay away
