    Yes and no.

Low NATURAL testosterone would usually correlate to a lower sperm count. (IE Your balls are shut down).

Increasing your testosterone artificially through AAS will actually make the problem worse because your balls would still think they don't need to work for testosterone production because you have enough as is.

Try going on a PCT and see if that gets your boys going again. HCG is supposed to help too, but I havent taken enough time reading on HCG so I don't really know anything about it really.

Try staying off cycle for at least 6 months before trying to correct any endo problems that you may or may not have.

Did you do a cycle recently?

Once you have been off gear for awhile, rub one out into a cup and get your sperm count tested at a place that does this.

well then get a referal to a fertility specialist and have your sperm count and other factors of fertility checked. Then you'll know, no point guessing based on test levels. The fix for low test levels isn't going to fix your sperm count.

In what time frame are you trying to get someone preggers? Months? Years away. Endocrinologist can frix your test levels. If you are near shooting blanks, you may want to put some of your swimmers on ice first for invitro. At any rate it's gonna take a fertility expert for you to knock a girl up. Once you start hormone replacement your sperm count is going to pretty much disapear. It can usually be brought back with HCG /HMG injections. They should check fsh and lh levels first before begining hrt.
