i had this one guy who was def schizophrenic and use to yell at himself and have conversations with himself in the mirror...he had retard strengh...but sometimes this dude would scare eveyone in the gym..he looked like an avg guy with glasses...

other then that guys who yell when there lifting 2lbs. guys who sweat all over and leave ther sweat outlines everywhere. people who stink...i dont go in the locker room anymore.

THE WORST IS WHEN I SEE COUPLES MEETING AFTER EVERY SET TO MAKE OUT...PISSES ME OFF...


i love walkin to the water fountain and seeing nice asses, beatiful girls pumps me up to go back to the wieghts and lift more...reminds my why i push so hard.

ok, i don't know if anyone said this yet, but people that do circuit training. There are 2 guys in my gym that train together. At any given time they will be going back and forth between a bench, lat pull down, fly machine, curl rack and the dumbell rack. It takes them like 10 min to do a one full circuit and they leave their weights out so they are ready for when they come back. But they expect everyone to stay off their machines, benches, dumbells and weights while they do this. Its ridiculous. Especially at 6pm at night when the gym is packed.

This a$$hole kid yesterday...sitting on the damn hammer incline machine with his dropped down shorts halfway down his ass and a wife beater, had to be around 18yo, weighed no more than 150... he was texting in between sets - i saw two...if you can call them sets - with twenty lbs on each side...so i ask politely, how many sets do you have left...

I asked him to work in, put my weight on and went ass to the grass , he just stood there and watched/stared at me the entire time. I was hoping he would pick up on it, we loaded his weight back and sure enough 1/4 squats again

When i go to use the squat rack and the SAME guy always hangs his jacket/phone/hat on the rack and isnt even near the thing.. its like come on man if your not using the squat rack.. dont use it as a personal coat hanger!!
