Jchopper, the reason I laughed is because my wife does figure comps, she is working on her pro-card she is in amazing shape, hell I hate taking my shirt off in front of her, she is so damn ripped. When we go to the gym I do my own workout and she does her own. Guys that don't know we are married are always trying to put the moves on her, I am laughing on the inside because sometimes I can over hear there pick-up lines.

It's actually funny, I noticed that if you accident meet someone you have a better chance of hooking up with them.

I have my Ipod on and I don't talk to anyone but some how I always meet chicks.

Thats why I go to gym at 5am open it and finish my workout by 6.15 there is nobody around till 6(cause gym technically doesnt open till 6) and now I dont need to put up with crap every day.

I once saw a kid put 225 on bench, bang both sides of his chest with his opposite forearm (seriously), sit under the bar for about 5 mintues and then fail to put up one rep, all while his equally awesome spotter was shouting encouragement and watching him wiggle like a worm with the bar half an inch off his chest.

When people do not know how to put weights away. They are all mixed up... They leave them on the smith machine and use 3x10's, 2x25's, 2x35's and some 5's on each side... instead of just getting larger weights... Then they leave them on the smith machine and walk away to work out their lats!
Mind you, THEY did 8 sets of shrugs, and I was waiting...and watching...

I only saw this guy there once, and have not seen him since.. I am relieved, I hope he found a hobby that embraces laziness.
